I’m a no-bullshit therapist who believes in honesty, accountability, and creating change that shows up in your real life — not just in your head. That means I’ll challenge you, but I’ll also meet you where you are with humor, realness, and zero judgment.

My job is to give you the tools so that one day, you don’t need me anymore. It’s also not about having all the right answers—instead, it’s about learning how to sit with the hard stuff, take ownership of your choices, and start moving toward something better.
