The past changed you, but it doesn’t have to run the show anymore.

Trauma can change how you think, feel, connect, and even live in your own body—like the version of yourself before the event is gone forever.

Healing can feel scary, and it’s normal to want it and fear it at the same time. But it is possible.

If you’re dealing with trauma, PTSD, complex grief, or unresolved loss, we’ll find the approach that fits you best: evidence-based, practical, and grounded in safety and real connection.

TRAUMA Interventions

There is no one-size-fits-all for trauma. Not every method works for every person, and trauma manifests itself differently in each of our lives. That’s why I offer a range of research-backed tools, so we can find what fits you best—and adjust if we need to.

GETTING STARTED

We’ll begin by talking about your experience—on your terms and your timeline.

You don’t need to tell me everything on day one, and you never have to justify why you’re here. You may be dealing with a single traumatic event, ongoing trauma, unresolved grief, or multiple things at once. No matter what, I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment.

Once we’ve established safety and gained clarity about your goals, we’ll decide—together—which approach is the best fit.

Some clients stick with talk therapy, while others benefit from EMDR, Brainspotting, or ART—or a blend of the three. What matters most is that your healing path is tailored to you.

Along the way, you’ll learn tools to manage overwhelming emotions, regulate your nervous system, and better understand what’s happening inside your body and mind when trauma responses get activated. So change doesn’t just happen in your insight, but in something you actually feel in everyday life.
