Hi, I’m Rebecca.
Hands-on. Unbiased. Thorough.
When you work with me, you’re getting someone who knows how to manage and move through tense conversations. I’m not here to take sides—I’m here to understand your family, get the full picture of your lives, and make thoughtful recommendations based on what your children actually need.
Every family is different. Every child is different. That’s why you won’t get a cookie-cutter plan from me.
I take the time it takes to do this right, whether that means observing your child at school, visiting your home, or talking with the people who see what’s going on day-to-day. Because context matters, and I believe your kids deserve nothing less.
MY PROCESS
You may not love every decision, but you’ll understand them.
I’ll always explain the process for our work together step-by-step so you know exactly what to expect. I’m transparent about why I’m taking certain measures or making certain decisions—so you’re never left wondering or feeling like I’m favoring one parent over the other. I also don’t build plans that look “fair” on paper but fall apart in real life.
You shouldn’t have to return year after year to reevaluate or restructure, so I design plans that grow with your kids and account for age, needs, and the real-life dynamics at play. You and your co-parent will undoubtedly bring different perspectives to this discussion, and my role is to help you find clarity about what’s in the best interest of your child. You’re paying my bill, but I work for your kids—and I take that seriously.
